My Story
As a student at The University of Texas, I started leading group fitness classes and continued to do so well into my career in sales and marketing. I knew what to do when it came to my personal fitness and nutrition. Whether it was jumping into a group class, working out with a friend, or knocking out a quick workout at home, I felt comfortable with the wealth of fitness and wellness opportunities available to me.
But even after years of living and loving fitness, once I became pregnant I came across so much conflicting information when it came to fitness and pregnancy that it left me feeling lost. I decided to dig deeper and walked away from this educational journey with an immense understanding and appreciation for the value of customized guidance to health and fitness during pregnancy. That’s when I decided to become a Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Coach.
Utilizing my experience and various certifications, I started Lillian June Wellness as a way to share my knowledge with women and to help them navigate pregnancy and beyond.

My Approach
I offer customized wellness coaching and personal fitness training for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum. Postpartum training includes anyone who recently had a baby and those who are farther down the path of motherhood but simply want to see better results.
I currently provide personal training and nutrition coaching in North Austin and online.
