As a certified prenatal and postpartum fitness trainer & nutrition coach, I’m able to offer clients training programs using the latest research in the industry. This includes new information on how to work your core, diastasis recti, laying on your back, and more. I strive to not only train my clients, but also to educate them on the ‘why’.

With over 14 years of experience, I’ve seen it all and even worked with trainers myself. I pride myself on offering a supportive environment and I believe that all of my clients are capable of reaching their goals. This online or in-person program is designed for women who are pregnant or trying to conceive and ready for a workout and nutrition program geared towards this special season of life. Coach Ashley helps pregnant women stay active and healthy throughout pregnancy while managing weight gain, building strength, protecting their core and pelvic floor, and preparing for child birth and the demands of motherhood in the fourth trimester. Plus, learn to eat healthy during pregnancy to properly fuel your body (and baby) from the first trimester and into motherhood.

This program is designed for the mom who is 42 weeks+ postpartum and ready for a full workout and nutrition routine. I will help you get started while regaining your energy, strength, and confidence. At LJW we use evidence-based method to provide a program that is body-positive and sustainable for the busy mom.
