As a certified prenatal and postpartum fitness trainer & nutrition coach, I’m able to offer clients training programs using the latest research in the industry. This includes new information on how to work your core, diastasis recti, laying on your back, and more. I strive to not only train my clients, but also to educate them on the ‘why’.

At Lillian June Wellness all programs are customized based on your needs. Many online programs are cookie cutter programs that don’t take into account the biggest thing – YOU! Or these online programs don’t offer progression, so you hit a plateau and start seeking your next online program.

With 13 years of experience, I’ve seen it all and even worked with trainers myself. I pride myself on offering a supportive environment and I believe that all of my clients are capable of reaching their goals. I keep an open line of communication with my clients during their session to ensure we’re on the same page.

TTC: Trying to conceive can be a stressful time. With exercise and movement, you can focus on creating a healthy place for your baby to grow, lowering stress, and improving your sleep.

Prenatal: Pregnancy is a time when our body changes and is also physically demanding, but that doesn’t mean our health has to suffer or we can’t stay active. Exercise and movement during pregnancy can help prepare you for your big day, improve your mood, and may also help alleviate pregnancy symptoms. In addition, staying active during pregnancy may also help with your ability to recover after birth.

Postpartum: Following pregnancy, rest and recovery are key. However, this doesn’t mean you can’t move, stretch, or gently and safely build back your strength.

After Postpartum: Are you tired of not seeing results? If you have kids and you’re ready to take it to the next level, LJ’s Online Fitness Coaching is the right package for you. We customize your plan to fit your exact needs. Even if it’s your first time exercising or maybe you’ve been training for a while and want to get leaner, stronger or build more muscle, this is the program for you!
