Why hire a certified trainer?
For moms, moms-to-be, and those trying to become pregnant, you may have many questions when it comes to fitness. I’m here to help safely step you through the many changes our bodies experience as moms and to help you feel confident during any season! Your sessions are personalized based on your goals and needs.
During this phase, we focus on preparing your body for pregnancy without overstressing. Areas of focus may include posture/alignment, strength and lean muscle mass development, pelvic floor exercises, and more.
Our bodies transform rapidly in 9 months and we want to make sure we’re doing what’s right to protect our baby while staying active and healthy. This customized training is divided into three stages (first, second, and third trimester) and helps you focus on your workout, nutrition, and lifestyle habits as you progress in your pregnancy.
It took 9 months for your body to grow a baby and sometimes it’s tough to be patient with ourselves following birth. From recovery to building a solid base for exercise, the postnatal program is designed to help you feel your best, have more energy, and feel confident in your body.
You deserve to feel confident and to love your body! If you’re currently active and want support setting and achieving your goals, maybe time has flown by and life’s priorities have kept you away from the gym, or even if you’ve never stepped foot in a gym, I’m here for you! We offer custom programs for those looking to get started, lean, strong or build muscle.

Hi! I’m Ashley Heisler–your trainer and nutrition coach–and I’ve custom designed a body-positive environment where we’ll work together to set your goals, help you to love your body more, and to feel confident at any stage of your life!
85% of women will have children in their lifetime and, yet, there are very few resources specifically aimed at guiding them throughout the entire journey. The changes that impact a mother affect the individual well beyond pregnancy, and the societal pressures that follow can be extremely overwhelming.
As a certified prenatal and postpartum fitness trainer and nutrition coach, I specifically address the needs of this under-served population. I help clients determine realistic, actionable steps to achieve their goals through sustainable training, nutrition, stress management, self-care, and more in a judgment-free atmosphere.
