Squeezing in a morning workout, helping the kids find their shoes before school, rushing to a morning meeting all while trying to grab yourself a healthy breakfast. Does this sound like your typical morning? Or maybe those leftover donuts are staring you in the face but you know you’re going to have a sugar crash within an hour.
With these quick smoothie recipes, you can have breakfast ready to go in minutes. I keep frozen bananas on hand and freeze any spare bananas during the week. With added protein and fiber, these smoothies will help you stay satisfied throughout your morning.
